If we listen (in)to the noise of a waterfall or the sound of the rain, we find a multi-interpretable sound mixture. A projection for tonal and polyrhythmic structures. Shapes and patterns appear behind the deliquescent mask . The starting point of the piece is the perception of shapes and patterns that arise from the element water. Both audible and visual pattern such as reflections on water surfaces and undulations provide the templates for forms of composition. The sound material leaves space for interpretation and projections, of the listener.
